This little condo was perfect for our mid-week OC getaway! With four of us, having two sleeping areas (the pull out king bed worked great!) and two bathrooms was amazing. The fold out table worked great for dinner and games and was easy to fold way for sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked and worked great for cooking in one night. The location was perfect - just a little out of the main drag of OC, but still close to stores for any shopping needs, and great restaurants including Ledo's Pizza right across the road! It was so awesome having just a short walk to the beach, which was less crowded that the main beach by the boardwalk. The property managers were very easy to connect with and even reached out after they had rented to give us a chance to change our reservation if we wanted given that things had changed slightly. The little touches were much appreciated like having a roll of toilet paper already there, hand soap, and even dish soap. I booked the place for a last minute beach trip. It was clean and close to the beach. The owners had everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach.
