On the grounds of the building, you'll also have access to multiple common balconies and an outdoor swimming pool. Here in midtown Ocean City, not only will you have excellent walking access to the beach, you'll be within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of nightlife, the convention center, and every convenience you could want or need. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The unit is modern, clean, and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need (except a Keurig which we brought ourselves). The furniture is new and comfy and the dining room table is roomy enough for everyone to eat together. The one bedroom has a bunk bed that my granddaughter loved, and her mom too since she had her own bed too. 2 bathrooms were clean and functional. One had a whirlpool tub, but we didn’t use it.
