Ideally located on the ocean block in midtown Ocean City, Purnell House 205 places you within steps of the open ocean beach. Enjoy a sunny, air-conditioned living space and a private balcony with a side view of the Atlantic Ocean just down the street. You'll have a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a bright living room with a TV, and such at-home comforts as free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.  
  
 Purnell House is an oceanfront property with an outdoor swimming pool in midtown Ocean City. In this wonderful location, you'll be less than a block from Coastal Highway, which is lined with all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. Enjoy easy access to the Ocean City Expressway and the Assawoman Bay Bridge (one block west), such local favorites as Fager's Island (half a mile west) and Seacrets (one mile south), Jolly Roger Amusement Park (two miles south), and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk (two miles south).  
  
 Things to Know

 No smoking allowed, including on balconies and in common areas; violators of this rule are subject to a $100 fine  
 No pets allowed  
 All TVs are Roku smart TVs.  
  
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

#### Great location! Great property!

We really liked this condo and property. The property was so clean! The pool area was well maintained and the employees were WONDERFUL. The condo was clean and well maintained but a bit dated with some of the furnishings and one sliding closet door was wonky. This is NO way negatively impacts the stay. Beds were comfortable! Internet worked well. Big porch were you could watch the sun rise over the beach with comfy couches. Check-in at Vacasa was super easy and quick!
