Here at the Royal Hawaiian, you'll enjoy amenities that include an indoor lap pool and an outdoor swimming pool, with the ocean beach just down the block. Coastal Highway - which is home to all sorts of restaurants, casual eateries, shops, and attractions - is less than a block in the other direction, with tax-free shopping and the Fenwick Island Lighthouse across the Delaware state line a few blocks north. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
