Check out the awesome kitchen with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops! This 1 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has a queen-sized bed in the bedroom along with a sleep sofa and sleep chair in the living room, allowing you to sleep 5 people comfortably. Great, prime vacation location! With views on the balcony of the ocean and bay, you can relax in the bar height adirnodack chairs and enjoy the sunrise and sunset! This condo is located on the 4th floor, and the building has an elevator. You'll also enjoy having high speed internet/Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer in the unit. There are two Smart TVs, one in the living room and another in the bedroom, so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. This condo also comes with two unassigned parking spaces. This perfectly located condo is just north of the boardwalk and close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Seacrets and other restaurants and bars and mini golf! Also close to Coconuts, Barn 34, Shotti's Point and Sandbar Karaoke Bar. \*Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented.
