RENTAL PERIOD: 20 June through 3 September ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN DAY: 6 Night Minimum Rental Period. Arrival on Saturday or Sunday, no earlier than 3:30 p.m. Checkout the following Saturday, no later than 11:00 a.m. 7 night maximum rental period. Rentals September 3 through 31 October - Minimum 3 night rental. Arrival no earlier than 3:30 p.m. Departure mo later than 11:00 p.m. May arrive and depart any day of the week provided minimum stay duration is at least 3 nights. nights.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANY REGULATIONS: City ordinance. and building manage.e t regulations limit maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children and i fants are included in the count for total maximum occupancy. This is strictly enforced by on-site 24/7 building and the Town of Ocean City.
THE CENTURY 1 BIILDING IS A SMOKE FREE BUILDING. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL AREAS INSIDE OF THE BUILDING.
ANIMALS ARE PROHIBITED- No animals, birds, reptiles, rodents, fish and insects are forbidden in the condo, and anywhere on the condo building property (inside and outside). Renters must present state certification documents to satisfy proof for Service Animals. ESA are not permitted.
UNDERAGE DRINKING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND USE OF ILLEGAL DRUGS IS FORBIDDEN THROUGHOUT OCEAN CITY AND IN RENTAL ESTABLISMENTS. ON-SITE 25th/7 SECURITY WILL CONTACT THE POLICE IF UNDERAGE DRINKING OR ILLEGAL DRUG USE IS SUSPECTED. INDIVIDUALS VIOLATING THESE OCEAN CITY LAWS WILL RESULT IN EVICTION AND ARREST.
EXCESSIVE NOISE ANYWHERE IN OR ON BUILDING PROPERTY IS PROHIBITED. OCEAN CITY HAS STRICTLY ENFORCED DISTURBING THE PEACE AND NOISE ORDINANCE. VIOLATORS AT THE CENTURY 1 BUILDING WILL BE EVICTED.
ALLOW 3 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU BOOK A RENTAL UNTIL YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. THIS ACCOMMODATES CLEANING THE CONDO AND READYING IT FOR YOUR ARRIVAL.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT REQUIRES THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 35 YEARS OF AGE, AND MUST BE PRESENT AT THE CONDO AT ALL TIMES WHEN YOUNGER INDIVIDUALS ARE IN THE CONDO. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED BY SECURITY UPON ARRIVAL AT THE CONDO BUILDING; AND, WHEN BOOKING THE RENTAL ON THIS WEBSITE, TO PROVIDE PROOF OF IDENTITY AND AGE. THIS GENERALLY IS A DRIVERS LICENSE OR PASSPORT.
CONDO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN NOT WALK UP OR DOWN STEPS. There are steps inside the condo as it has two levels.
CONDO MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR INFANTS AND TODDLERS. This is a penthouse condo on the 25th floor with 3 balconies. THE BARS BETWEEN. THE BARS ON THE BALCONY RAILING ARE SPACED WIDE ENOUGH APART THAT AN INFANT OR TODDLER CAN FALL THROUGH THE BARS. There are no infant or toddler beds in the condo. For these reasons the condo is not suitable for infants or toddlers.
CONDO DESCRIPTION:
Condo is located in the Century 1 Building at 9900 Coastal Highway (Rt-1). Condo has the largest floor plan of condos in the building. Free WiFi. Tile flooring throughout the condo (neat and clean). Condo is beachfront with direct access to the beach Two levels with 3 balconies with balcony furniture and tables for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals or cocktails - 2 ocean front balconies and 1 bay side balcony. Uptown location - best part of Ocean City. Very large ocean front large living room with ocean front balcony, TV (cable) and DVD player. Large kitchen (eat in) with full size stove, fridge, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, mixers - dishes, coffee mugs, bowls, serving and baking dishes, pots, pans, fry pans, large stew pot, glasses, utensils, knives, trays - if it's in your kitchen then it is in the condo kitchen - loaded. Two large bedrooms. Master bedroom is ocean front with private balcony, TV (cable) and DVD player. Bay side bedroom also has a balcony with an unobstructed view of the bay and the awesome sun set. Two bathrooms with shower and tub and separate vanity areas with custom designed tile throughout. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The building has a free pool, fitness center and sauna.
Off the building lobby, there is a beautiful, large deck that spans the entire length of the building with comfortable lounge furniture, tables, and lighting. This deck faces the ocean. Enjoy an evening nightcap or coffee on the deck.
Condo was recently renovated & professionally decorated in beach/island theme (even the bathrooms!) with custom tile from Spain in the foyer, large beautiful tiled floors in the living room and bedrooms, theme tile in both bathrooms, terrazzo Italian style tiles in kitchen. Two level with main foyer, master bedroom and private bathroom on upstairs/entry level. Main level/lower level - extra large living room, kitchen, bay side bedroom and main level/area bathroom (no need to go through bedroom to access bathrooms). Condo sleeps six when using the living room sleep sofa. Laundry washer and dryer in the condo. Central AC and heat. Condo has 3 balconies. Two face the ocean and one faces the bay.
Building has a free pool, fitness center, sauna with showers. Fitness center has a variety of equipment and has a picture window the entire length of the fitness center that faces the ocean. You can enjoy watching the surf while you exercise.
Free outside pool. Pool has a glass enclosure over it so you can enjoy the heated pool even in inclement weather.
The condo building is right on the beach. Ocean is less than a minute walk from the back door of the building. Two outdoor showers in the back of the building along the path to the beach where you can rinse off beach sand. Two elevators in the lobby and one service elevator with carts to bring your luggage to condo.
Within a few minutes walking distance from the building are
the public library, food markets, specialty shops, churches, beer/wine/liquor store, entertainment, and the finest restaurants Ocean City has to offer. The 99th street area offers much less crowded, cleaner, private beach and very low traffic noise while still being only a 5 minute drive/bus ride from the board walk area and other attractions. Ocean City bus stop is on 99th Street (condo is located on this street). You can purchase an all day ride ticket for a very small fee and avoid the hassle of parking in the crowed areas near the board walk. The OC bus stops in front of the building every 15 minutes.
WHAT GUESTS NEED TO BRING: Guests must bring their own bed, kitchen and bath linens, and personal hygiene items.
WHAT I PROVIDE: I provide blankets & pillows, dish washer detergent, hand dish washing soap, pot scrubbers, coffee filters, paper towels, diner napkins, trash bags, facial tissues, pump hand soap, and toilet paper.
