The sunlight streams into this two-bedroom, oceanfront condo at The Pyramid, a beautiful home base for both adventure and relaxation in Ocean City. This lower-level condo was thoughtfully updated for the 2020 season, offering a renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Admire a gorgeous ocean view while dining or relaxing on the spacious, oceanfront balcony, and enjoy the company of free WiFi and cable TV (including HBO) each evening. The primary bedroom even features a king-size Sleep Number bed. The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line. THINGS TO KNOW A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space. No smoking Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Everything was clean and well furnished. The balcony was great for sitting and relaxing and even eating our meals out there. We would stay again. One word of warning: there is some type of machinery in the room next to the master bedroom, where the headboard is. It could be pretty noticeable sometimes. Property was great. Balcony was perfect as you could be warm in the sun but protected from breezes. Left sliding glass door open and could hear the waves from inside. Property is about 15 minutes from the end of the inlet, but very little traffic this time of year so an easy ride. Lots of nice restaurants in the area— some in walking distance. Could set up on the beach and easily run back and forth to the Pyramid to take a break from the sun, use the restroom or restock on snacks without having to haul your stuff back every time. The pool rules are a bit stringent (can’t have tubes or kick boards for young kids which are flotation devices). The bedrooms are also quite loud, with a loud of noise transmitted from the surrounding floors and walkways outside. However, we were exhausted by the end of each day so this was not a huge problem. The boardwalk is a bit of a drive (\~15 minutes), but parking was easy to come by before 9 am. Not sure about later.
