Ocean Castle 301-is a Beautiful and Well maintained 3 -bedroom, 2 full bath-condo, located ocean block on 137th Street. This condo will provide the comforts of home and lots of space for your family of 10\. It features a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, WIFI, 2 parking spots and an outdoor pool. Parking clearance 6 feet 10 inches. Bed sizes include a King in the primary suite, a Queen in bedroom 2, and a Twin over full bunk with twin trundle in bedroom 3, along with a queen sleeper sofa in living room. This property rents Saturday - Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25\.
