The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. This amazing top floor unit brings a unique “penthouse” experience to OC! You'll know you are in for an amazing stay as soon you walk off the elevator and onto the HUGE 4th floor terrace. You will be hard pressed to find another one this nice in Ocean City and certainly not one that offers views of both the ocean and the bay. Imagine yourself enjoying the morning sun rising over the horizon with a cup of coffee and in the evening relaxing with a cocktail as it fades into the western skyline. It doesn’t get much better. In addition, it’s also the perfect place for sunbathing or enjoying alfresco dining with the family! The owner used neutral tans with white accents, cool greens, soft blues along with an amazing shiplap accent wall in the living room. You will love the new "wood-styled" laminate flooring throughout. In addition to the shiplap accent wall, the living room features a beautiful electric fireplace and large flat screen TV above it. The owner is in the process of adding brickwork and a mantle for the fireplace. Shiplap has been added to the island area of the kitchen along with a new dining are table and chairs. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed along with a bunk bed. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bathrooms have updated vanities along with shower/bath combos. There is a full-size washer and dryer along with WIFI for those of you that must "stay connected". In addition to all the great updates listed above, this unit is only a block away from the beach, strategically located on 89th street. It is the ideal location to experience all that Ocean City has to offer whether you head north or south. If you don't want to go too far, you will be close to fabulous dining options such as Liquid Assets, Lombardi’s Pizza, Bull on the Beach, Blue Fish, Touch of Italy and Longboard Cafe to name a few. The kids will love being close to miniature golf, paddle board/jet ski rentals, Movies, Gold Coast Mall and even Northside Park! It's also a great spot for watching the cars and motorcycles during Cruising OC and Bike Week or events at the Convention Center! It has 4 big lounge chairs that I laid in often- but if it’s sunny, the patio floor gets crazy hot! :) \* Linen service worked out great - def recommend\* washer and dryer made life easier and they had some stuff there Now the negatives, none of which are dealbreakers. More of an FYI:\* the washing machine is pretty loud- so don’t start a load right when you sit down to watch a movie... it might make you nuts. \* the elevator requires a key to go up. This can be a little annoying b/c we had friends visiting and the kids were going back and forth. Just remember to always have that key or you are walking up 4 flights. \* building next door is pretty close on one side so while relaxing on the deck you can hear them talking etc . On the other side there is a tall building with an HVAC unit that goes non stop., but you get used to it and it’s not deafening, just loud enough that you can’t hear the ocean :( but was still relaxing to stand out on the deck at night and watch the ocean while catching that constant breeze! \*note\* Do not order anything from Amazon to be delivered there (I did). Amazon didn’t follow delivery instructions & put my stuff in the parcel mailbox . Only the owners can access that- not even the USPS could open for me.
