Amazing 2 block proximity to the beach. Amazing recently built and decorated community. Enjoy a private dock (please reach out for size) for you to enjoy fishing and the wonders of sailing. The whole family/group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, 2 blocks from OC boardwalk and beach. 30 min from Assateague Island National Park, great fam. hiking and amazing beaches with wild horses. Next to the renown Fishtail, highly recommend their late night food and drinks, half a block away from the house. Brand new unit with a private community pool, shared only with 8 units in the Swordfish community. Rooms were very clean and decently furnished. Deck overlooking the bay was great. The community pool was awesome and convenient if your not in the mood for the beach.
