Perfect 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo in desirable North Ocean City. This condo in Waikiki building, located in the Hawaiian Village complex, is ready for your family to have a great vacation. A beautiful balcony with a great view of the ocean is accessible from the living area and the master bedroom. There are 3 televisions, one in the living area and one in each bedroom. All the comforts needed for a great vacation are provided, including free wifi, central air, elevator, indoor lap pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, and a full kitchen. (Please note, the fitness room is for the owner's use only). Sleep up to six guests, the two bedrooms feature a queen bed in bedroom one and a queen and double bed in bedroom two. Property rents Saturday - Saturday. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. Please note** Please note** The hot tub is and will be closed until repairs are completed. The indoor pool will shut down 10/26 for repairs. Waikiki is close to great restaurants in North Ocean City, as well as those in Fenwick Island which also has lots of shopping and family entertainment. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
