It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. It was so great being able to wake up, and walk right to the beach. The house was able to comfortably fit 4 adults and 3 kids. The house was clean, and there were enough cups, coffee mugs, and plates for everyone. One photo on the listing (of a pool) is misleading - that is the neighbor's pool that you can't use. Otherwise, the photos are accurate, but it definitely feels small and cramped if you plan on spending much time inside, furniture is a little worn. It has everything you need and then some. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to cook any meal you can dream of. The main living area is cozy and was a great hub for my family to spend time together. We were there for the Fourth of July and we were able to watch the fireworks from our front balcony. Truly we had a fabulous stay and will look to stay there again in the future. Only issue we had was the Wi-Fi access information provided was inaccurate and Vacasa although they were notified twice during our stay did not rectify it.
