You will be staying in a piece of OC history, as this unit is part of a renovated building from the early 1900’s. This suite is one of many suites in a family-oriented, multi-unit building that emphasizes a quiet and relaxing vacation experience. If you’re looking for a convenient home-base to explore the beach and boardwalk, a comfortable night’s sleep, and a clean sleek space, this could be the right place for you! \*No Senior Week bookings\* \*This listing is most suited to family groups, and building association regulations require guests to be over the age of 25 when renting to groups of adults\* Space details: \-DIRECT BEACH VIEWS \-Unit located on the third floor; must climb 2 flights of stairs. \-Fully furnished, AC window units, Cable, Wifi included. \-Kitchenette: 1 induction burner, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes/pots and pans/utensils provided. Guest Access: All guests in the building share a small rinsing station at the main entrance to wash off sand after the beach, and a bike rack at the back of the building. The Neighborhood: Buzzing downtown Ocean City is right outside your door! You are right in the middle of it all in this apartment. Walk to Trimper's, Jolly Roger's, the pier, the inlet, and enjoy all of the fabulous stores and eateries that line the boardwalk. The "Tidelands Caribbean" pool bar is right behind the building, which allows non-guests use of the pool area with purchase of food/drink! Right below the apartment is a Dunkin' Donuts, convenient for coffee and breakfast. Some restaurants close-by include 4th St. Taphouse Bar and Grille, Hooter's, and Shenanigan's Bar and Grille. Best of all, there is an entrance to the beach right across from the apartment for easy access to days of fun in the sun. Getting Around: NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE BUILDING. Public parking is $3/hour, with lots and spaces on every street. Free parking is available in the city as well, with spaces available on the side streets, and availability closer to bayside. The Boardwalk Tram, Coastal Highway Beach Bus, and Park & Ride are public transportation options if you prefer not to drive around the city. We staying in the three bedroom and two bathroom apartment. This worked out great considering we have five of us. It is right in the middle of everything. The apartments have been fixed up bc it is a very old bldg. we had great views of the water from the room we stayed in. I just wished they had an elevator and washer/dryer. The boardwalk just below was never loud or rowdy at any point of the day. No noise issues at all. Views were great as well. Property managers were very efficient in responding and very helpful. They changed out our towels and gave us clean sheets when we requested them halfway through our stay. Cons: All ikea furniture so some of it has not held up well. Water pressure was pretty poor and apartment was not that clean when we arrived. There was other people’s garbage in the cans when we check in. And of course the 3 flights up with all of our stuff was killer but we knew about that beforehand. All in all we enjoyed our stay. ##### Jennifer C. Just a few things to know before you go…. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. Location is awesome, property manager was great! Also, no elevator, so be cautious if taking an elderly person with you, like we did. Loved having Dunkin’ Donuts right below us. Finding parking was AWFUL on day one due to no designated parking spots. It took us well over an hour which was not expected. So once parking was found, we walked everywhere vs trying to drive and find parking again. Couch in living room area was not comfy to sit on so I def wouldn’t recommend someone sleeping on it and ALL pillows need to be replaced as they are completely flat. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the building and the staff replaced our towels quickly when requested. Kitchenette was plenty for us which we mostly used for leftovers and breakfasts. This is one of the few condo's in the area that is on the beach without a balcony, so if you really want to sit outside and just look at the beach, you'll have to go down to it - but that's really the only draw-back. One big plus is ALL the hallways etc are well ventilated with open windows and a breeze, all the soaps are clearly marked antibacterial and everyone in the units are being safe and wearing masks. If you're looking for a safe, clean, amazingly close spot to the beach, this is a perfect choice. ##### Jessica R.
