The condo was lovely and easily located on the main bus route. The condo looked exactly like its pictures and was very close to the beach. It was easy to get back and forth and the property even provided beach chairs and wave boards. We left our buckets when we left for others to enjoy.

#### Great location Near Beach, Dining, and Night life🌴💕

The house was great. Amazing location! Close to so many restaurants and bars and literally steps away from the beach! The only downside is the electric charging area for the car did not work AND the parking can be bad if you have more than two cars. You also have to pay to wash your clothes and you will need to bring your own seasoning k cups, tide pods, ice ( there are no ice cube trays) etc. we brought extra paper towels and toilet paper which was good because we ended up needing them. The patio area is shared space so you may open the front door at times and see your neighbors sitting outside. Overall this was a great location and a nice place to stay. I would stay again but would be better prepared.

Misrepresentation of interior and amenities. It was incredibly small. The showers were barely adequate in size. There was no dishwasher and the “washer and dryer” were located in a common area and it took quarters only. It was a great beach location but otherwise we had to drive a distance to the boards. Parking and check in were good as well as the AC. The walls were paper thin and it is on the main drag and pretty noisy from traffic. Communication with the manager was good. We would not stay there again, it was extremely expensive for what we got.

#### Great location and pleasant stay for group of 9

This apartment was great for our group of nine friends to stay for a long weekend! The location was fantastic - we easily walked to the beach and restaurants nearby. Vladimir and his team were very kind and quickly responsive to all of our requests (extra soap and sheets for the sofa bed). The keypad entry was excellent because our group could pop in and out from the beach without needing to remember who had the key. It was also very easy to find parking for our two cars. The only negative was that the internet wasn't very fast if anyone was planning to work remotely, but we were there for the beach so it wasn't an issue. We'd happily stay there again!

The property was perfect-clean and equipped with the basics to make our stay comfortable. The location is an easy walk to the beach! We parked our cars for the week and walked everywhere- it’s close to so many great restaurants. We spent the cool evenings out on the balcony and even though it’s on the highway, it’s very peaceful. When we got the opportunity to stay an extra night, Vladimir graciously made that happen and made it easy to do. The only thing to note is that there is no full sized oven which did not pose a problem for us as there is a toaster oven. We will definitely stay here again!!

#### Nice location

This condo was in a great location, very close to nice restaurants and shops. It was very nice that they included bed linens, toilet paper, paper towels and towels and washcloths. They also included shampoo and hotel style toiletry items! The place could have been cleaner. Whoever is doing the cleaning needs to do a more thorough job. The odor in the master bathroom due to mildew in the shower was very strong. The last night we were there, new tenants moved into the condo next-door. The walls are very thin and you could hear them moving around and opening and closing cabinets. Overall it was a nice getaway but to give it a higher rating I think the cleanliness would need to be addressed.

Good location and was exactly as listed. Family had enough space. Walls were super thin, however. Could hear the next door occupant coughing as if he was in our room.
