The vacation home features 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full bathrooms and two powder rooms, and a fantastic bay view. Make 39 Island Edge Drive your next favorite vacation spot in Ocean City, MD. This is a nonsmoking unit. No Pets allowed, please.
    ****** Our cleaning crew is in line with CDC guidelines regarding the COVID19 pandemic following strictly new cleaning policy after each guest's departure. Please note this property INCLUDES linens with each rental. Pillows and comforters are also provided.

Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island offers Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Restaurant, General Store, 24 Hour Security With Gated Access, and Interactive Fountain and great community activities. Short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets, Fager's Island, Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more!
    Amenity Fees: $220.00 covers 6 facility & 3 parking passes. Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week.

I would describe the furnishings and decor as classy. This place was more up-scale than some of the other places we stayed at in Sunset Island. That is probably because the owners use this property as well. The location was great, close to the pool and beach within Sunset Island and walking distance from some local businesses and restaurants. The only thing people should know about is it appears they built a closet into the garage which takes away some of the parking. You can not fit two cars in the garage. If you have two cars and a pick up truck you may have to buy a additional parking pass for the street at 75.00 like I did. If you have three compact cars it may work. It was a great week and we really loved the place, we would definitely stay here again.
