Only rents to families and couples 25+ only. The Space: The family-owned atmosphere ensures a personal touch to property management, creating a warm and welcoming environment for tenants. We are family friendly and keep our prices towards allowing families to take their children to the beach. The apartment is close to the beach and bus stop. We would definitely go back to the Midtown Ocean City place, but next time for us since we are on the older side, we would need to stay in the downstairs apt. On this trip we had unit 3 that is on the second floor which is no problem but the second set of steps were very hard to walk up, very narrow and high. Everything else was great.
