The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean (120 yards) adds a touch of seaside tranquility, offering residents the soothing sounds of waves and a refreshing ocean breeze. Only rents to families and couples 25+ only. The Space: The family-owned atmosphere ensures a personal touch to property management, creating a warm and welcoming environment for tenants. Each unit comes with 2 parking spots on property as well as all household linens/ bedding / bath / kitchen - just bring beach towels. We do not rent to senior week groups. This unit is specifically for families or couples, not groups of friends. We do not rent to anyone younger than 25 years old as the matriarch of the family lives in one of the units. We are family friendly and keep our prices towards allowing families to take their children to the beach. The apartment is close to the beach and bus stop. We would definitely go back to the Midtown Ocean City place, but next time for us since we are on the older side, we would need to stay in the downstairs apt. On this trip we had unit 3 that is on the second floor which is no problem but the second set of steps were very hard to walk up, very narrow and high. Everything else was great.
