Luxury condo directly on the boardwalk, sleeps 10 with indoor and outdoor pools!

  • South Beach 405 is a SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. South Beach is a luxurious building overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean on 7th street. Enjoy a large, spacious designer unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with all the extras plus an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, assigned parking in a secure parking garage and even shops on the ground level. Beds include a king, 2 queens, 3 rollaway beds and a queen sleep sofa and can sleep a family of 11. Guests supplies their own sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Indoor pool is closed from January 2- April 1.
    This unit rents Friday to Friday in season and any 3 nights off season.
    Non-smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets, please.
    Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
