  • Welcome to Mariners Watch 303, this 3 bedroom luxury condo has all your family needs for a wonderful stay at the beach. Offering 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this unit sleeps up to 9 people and is just a couple blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Now allowing weekend rentals for the rest of the summer season! Stay any 3 nights! Enjoy sunset views from your private balcony, swim in the outdoor pool, and walk just a few steps to the well known restaurant of Fish Tales. Bedding is as follows, K,QT, Q, QS. The unit is non smoking, and pets are not allowed. Occupancy 9. * Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
