The private garage makes things very convenient. We had two major issues: 1\. We were told the unit was recently cleaned and sanitized and walked into a house that looked like it wasn't cleaned for months. Surely, due to Covid-19, no one had stayed in either, but one toilet was un-flushed (eeew!) and the other toilets and all bathrooms in general, clearly, weren't cleaned after someone stayed in there. We called the management company and a cleaning crew came in within a couple of hours to clean and did a good job. 2\. The unit is located at a very busy intersection and windows aren't able to keep the noise out. We had trouble sleeping at nights.
