Newly redone and updated. New porch and stairs. New carpeting throughout and new living room furniture. Make yourself at home in our beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom Condo. The Condo is located on 88th street, and is just a few steps from the beach, with ocean views from our large balcony. You will find the house in great condition, with recently updated Kitchen & Bathrooms. And we work hard to make sure we have all of the amenities that you will need including: Plates, Utensils, Kitchen Appliances, iPod Stereo System. The living room has a large HDTV, with a DVD/VCR player, and a variety of movies and games as well as free WIFI access. Our condo offers 2 covered parking spaces and a storage unit that is filled with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Within walking distance of many restaurants, convenience stores, and a full grocery store. We don't rent to high school seniors. Someone 25 or older is required to stay. Plenty of room for my family (wife, 2 teenage boys and mother-in-law). Good selection of beach toys, chairs, etc in the shed for guest use. Nice being right on the beach if you want to get up early and watch the sun rise. My only complaint about the apartment was the shower/tub could use a new liner. Owner was very responsive when I had to send him a question about the Wifi. He responded within the hour and we got it straightened out. good places to eat nearby Ropewalk, Little House of Pancakes. Convenience store/gas station with good beer and wine selection is within walking distance, grocery store just a few blocks north. The beds and furniture were comfortable.The porch was a family favorite hang out location. The unit could have been a bit cleaner, there were many dead bugs in the bathroom ceiling light, the dishwasher had a moldy film inside, there was an empty vodka bottle stuffed under the mattress of our bed, and the mirrors were dirty. We arrived 1 and 1/2 hours after the designated check in time to find the cleaning lady inside. She was very apologetic and polite explaining that she was unable to access the code to get the keys sooner causing her to be late. We waited outside for about 20 minutes while she finished. The location is perfect! Just steps from the beach. Mike was easy to communicate with. We had a couple SNAFUs when we first got there, but Mike took care of things in a timely manner. The condo had pretty much what we needed. Once I organized the kitchen, I had what I needed to cook meals. (I’m sure the disorganization was due to a summer of renters) This is a great property and we would definitely return! ##### kathleen c.
