There were several past reviews stating basically all of the same issues we had which tells me the rental property and the owner are not doing anything to fix the issues. First, the bottom bunk is a box spring, not a mattress. The shower in the 2nd bedroom was clogged so you're standing in ankle deep water while showering. None of the tvs work in the bedrooms as they dont have wifi/cable. The majority of the framed artwork is busted up and hanging on the walls that way. The walls are terribly scuffed up and in need of a fresh coat of paint. The furniture and carpet are stained which is to be expected in a rental and in need of a DEEP steam clean. The master bedroom mattress cover had an old blood stain (we brought our own linens). Lastly, there were a TON of gnats coming out of the bathroom and kitchen drains. There were so many that the gnats got into our closed up food in the kitchen which we had to throw away. This unit has so much potential as the layout is very nice, is super spacious and the location is perfect but the upkeep and care put into the property severely lacks!! ##### amber s. The place carpet, furniture was dirty with stains. Separately after you book you are provided a link thru vacasa which has a totally different ranking system. Some of the information was not even known until a day before we left for the trip. For example you have to drive to a completely different and out of the way location to check in and check out...waste of time and not organized at all. These condos are wonderful and offer fantastic location, which is one of the perks.
