Home has been beautifully renovated and is well maintained. It offers three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and multiple decks overlooking the water. The open living area features a large living room with twin sleep-chair, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and half-bathroom. There is a large balcony off of the living area that leads directly down to the waterfront. The first bedroom is waterfront features a queen sized bed, balcony, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features two twin beds, balcony, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The third bedroom features a king sized bed, twin sleep-chair, television, balcony and ensuite full-bathroom. Home is within a reasonable walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and shopping. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License Number - 38503 General Policies Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old. The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund. Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Cancellation Policy All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.
