Great stay away from the Boardwalk

We had a great time staying at Walt’s condo. It was perfect for our small family of 4. The layout was great for parents to watch the sunrise and have coffee while the kids slept in. Location was perfect, far enough from the boardwalk to eliminate traffic but close to various restaurants and groceries. Parking was super easy and the Long & Foster check in process went smoothly. We would stay again!

Perfect vacation get away. Coffee with amazing sunrise. Just as was written in VRBO. View was spectacular, quiet beach front, clean, centrally located to everything, Walter was very nice and accommodating. We look forward to doing it again.

Everything was exceptional! Walt was very responsive! All the furniture and beds were well kept, newer and comfortable! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were really nice and clean. Enough stainless steel pots and pans and kitchen cookware for anything you’d want to cook. Great lighting! Good location with lots of restaurants and beach access. Thx Walt for sharing your place!

Amazing view

We had a wonderful beach vacation. This place is right on the beach with an indoor and outdoor pool. The jungle bar is right next to the outdoor pool. Great location. Clean condo. Comfy couch! We will be back!

Ocean City stay

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. The condo had both an indoor and outdoor pool. There is also a bar by the outdoor pool that serves both drinks and food. The condo is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping and a grocery store. The room was very clean. The property owner was exceptionally easy to work with. It was an excellent vacation!

Great condo, great building

The Plaza is a favorite of ours and this condo was great. Very clean and maintained well. My husband is 6' 8" and the shower was a bit low for him, but he is used to that with rentals so no complaints, just noteworthy for some.

AMAZING VIEW!

The pictures of this place don't do it justice! When you see it in person it is more than was expected! Very nice, clean, and comfortable for our family of 6. The view was absolutely spectacular! Going to sleep to the sounds of the ocean and waking up to it was the best part! Watching the sunrise from the comfort of your own balcony was a huge plus also. We would most definitely stay here again in the future.

Best vacation ever

The description did not do the condo justice. It was huge! The plaza, where the condo is located, is also wonderful. Staff was very friendly, place was very clean and welcoming. The beach had probably the softest sand I’ve ever walked in. This was our first time in ocean city after many years of going to Myrtle Beach. I doubt we’ll ever go to Myrtle again. We absolutely loved ocean city!!

Perfect for the Family!

The Plaza is a great building with an amazing atmosphere. The indoor and outdoor pools were a big part of the vacation. Especially since we had some rainy days. The condo unit itself was perfect. All of the kitchen utilities needed, washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus, and the sofas were very comfortable. The best part about the whole place was the balcony with the view. This was where we spent every morning sipping coffee, and every evening enjoying a cool drink. It was truly a breathtaking view.

Weekend Getaway

Condo was nice, we liked the floorplan, and there was a wonderful view of the ocean. We really enjoyed the break. We were in the area for a technical conference and decided to make it a long weekend after the conference. We were a little surprised that the linens and towels were not provided. in our previous experience with VRBO's, we have never had to bring our own.

Cozy stay with excellent view and location

The good: the view, listening to the ocean, easy beach access, cozy balcony chairs (and table and towel rack), big comfy couch, open living area, kitchen is well-stocked, puzzle table (dining table), comfy beds, two bathrooms, drawers and closets for clothes, lots of outlets, strong wi-fi, thermostat temperature control, tv's, shower pressure and hot water, washer/dryer, communication with host, easy check-out procedures, luggage carts, and elevators. The not-so-good: dark (despite lots of lamps), no fans, maze-like hall between bedrooms, beds are a little unstable, bringing our own linens, check-in at front desk, purchase parking pass ($80) at a separate front desk (no matter how long the stay), assigned parking, pool was closed, two (of four) elevators didn't work, alarm went off one morning (also a good thing!) and had to evacuate (officer said it happens at a lot of places on windy days), Note: We were only there for three nights during the week in mid-May, so it was a short, off-season stay with low occupancy.

Home has great potential

The location of the home really was All About the View. Walt was great! The balcony was an ample size, complemented w/nice bar height Adirondack chairs & table. Our bed & the new blue sofa were comfortable, the indoor-outdoor pools looked beautiful. However, though the condo has potential, it truly seemed to us that the Owner was being snookered by his cleaning crew. We took many photos before we cleaned. We couldn't bear to look at the heavy black dust/grime that covered many of the base boards, & due to the sketchy appearance of master bathroom I cleaned it. Both toilet seats were covered in bumps, black/brown marks, cracked finishes & the second bath toilet bowl was stained gross brown. ($20 on Amazon) Wash/Dryer had not been cleaned in ages guessing by the layers of black/brown gunk & surrounding tub & bleach dispenser & the lid. The science experiment in the softener cup was a shock & also required a scrub. Beneath that cup was a crystallized amalgam of black & green growth. We pulled out the coffee pot that we had put away upon our arrival because we had brought our Keurig. When we opened the lid we were stunned by the heavy growth of multi-colored mold/fungus. All three beds had stained dust ruffles, & the ones on the two beds in the front room had huge tears in them, possibly from guests tripping on them, due to the fabric dragging on the floor. We handled this on our own due to expected guests & the wedding festivity schedule.
