In this part of Ocean City (36th Street), not only will you have excellent walking access to the beach, you'll be within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of nightlife, the convention center, and every convenience you could want or need. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Half a block to the beach, one block to Coconuts, a couple blocks to Barn 34\. 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. The unit is a little older but has all the necessities. We picked it for the location near Coconuts and the Castle. The unit itself was spacious and contained everything we needed. We had a glitch with the cleaning not being done when we arrived but it was done while we were there. Window drapery rod fell down in the main bedroom. I reported it but put it back up temporarily.
