Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. The bar counter top was the reason we booked the place, it was great to hang out there. There was only 3 barstools though and we needed 4 (as shown in pics). We were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi after multiple attempts, the credentials provided by vrbo would not work, and the support group was not able to help us. Trash items left behind in both bedroom and living room and bathroom trash not dumped prior to our arrival. Parking spot TIGHT and also taken by another vehicle one evening. No one could help with this issue. Everything was reported daily through text and phone calls and we did not receive any help from property managers as they did not answer their phones when Vacasa guest services try to reach them.
