The property is conveniently located on the same block as the beach, which you can see from the third floor balcony. The house was technically clean of sand and dirt but the carpets were severely stained throughout the house and not pictured in the listing because they are covered up by a throw rug that it no longer there. The kitchenware was okay but not great. VueStay had errors in their system which was very frustrating to navigate when I arrived and tried to check in, resulting in a 30min phone call with VRBO after VueStay didn’t respond to my messages and while my family all had to sit and wait in the car. Overall, everything was fine. The house has the basics for a beach stay, I just wouldn’t say it’s a well appointed and updated property. The carpet would be a dealbreaker for me if my kids were younger. I always enjoy rentals that have a few games or books but this property had none so I’m glad I packed those along with my FireStick for evening and early morning entertainment.
