Within walking distance to beach, restaurants To complete your reservation, you are required to complete and submit the Lodging Agreement, Guest List as well as the driver's license of the person age 25+ who signs the Lodging Agreement to the owner. You may email the documentation to me at Beachlover85@verizon.net. Our condo is available for family and friend groups as well as student groups of up to 8 guests. We request compliance with the Condo Association Rules as the owners of the community are committed to reinforcing them to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay. Sorry, pets are not permitted at this location. Our unit if located on the first floor on the corner of Building #3 right next to one of the main parking lots. Free on-site permit parking is available on all the parking lots however, only one vehicle per unit is allowed on the front main lots from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. Only one additional vehicles is allowed in the back lots. All other vehicles must be parked on the street - free parking. You will be provided with the parking permit the day of your stay to avoid the risk of being towed. You must print the permit and place it in your vehicles. One bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed; the other bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with a twin and full bed. We DO NOT PROVIDE linens and towels however we do provide mattress covers and comforters for each bed as well as extra pillows and blankets. There is a laundromat up the street at the shopping center on 27th Street and Philadelphia Avenue. There is also a towel and linen rental agency in the area - https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com. Recently installed new carpeting throughout the condo as well as a new dining room set and living room chair. Free cable and WiFi are provided. We provide 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels at the start of your stay. Smoking is only permitted outside the condo. Please use the ash trays. Please be sure to pick up all trash outside the unit. The trash bin is located in the next parking lot straight down the sidewalk leading to Bayshore Drive. A full-size In-ground swimming pool is located on the center of the complex which is only to be accessed by guests staying at the unit. This place was more than what we were expecting! Beautiful inside & very clean! We loved that it came with a beach cart. The beach was about a 10-15min walk. The pool was great! Went to about 8ft deep. Water pressure in the shower was better than at my house! The only thing was the beds were very very soft. Which is a personal preference. Soft beds give me back problems. I know some people may enjoy a soft bed. So again, personal reference! The area is cute and nice. Checking in was easy. As soon as we entered the condo we were smacked in the face with the smell off mold/mildew, pet smell and maybe cigarettes. The beds and pillows were stained with sweat stains. Water damage under the ac and walls. We found beef jerky under one of the pillows on the couch from prior guest. I wore shoes or sandals the entire time due to the floor/carpet feeling rough and grimy. The condo appeared to look clean but felt and smelt dirty. We carried the smell home with us. It was imbedded in our luggage, clothing and hair. That was honestly the worst part. It had a dark and gloomy vibe despite the teal paint working hard to give bright beachy vibes. The beds were uncomfortable with springs poking you and squeaking with the slightest movement. Needless to say, we did not sleep well. I slept with only the sheet I brought due to the smell of the blankets provided. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from the prior guest. The bathroom had yellow residue on the ceiling. This was extremely disappointing and not worth the money. We were all excited to get home to clean up. I needed to clean my car out and spray to get the smell from our luggage out.
