It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. We walked in and found the prior guests welcome packet. Our feet were black from walking indoors. Walls and carpet were filthy and had so many stains. Couches and rug were very worn and smelt of smoke. Dust and debris in every single area of the place. I found a strip of a woman’s flash eyelashes in our bathroom hand towel. Back door did not lock. The safety bar also was broken and the bolts were ripped out of the door. There was nothing clean or welcoming about this place. I would expect this from a $60/night motel not here. ##### Krysten D.
