These fully equipped units include central air, and an outdoor pool. No pets, please. PARKING CLEARANCE IS POSTED AT 7'0'. NO SMOKING. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We were pleasantly surprised by how large and clean this condo was! We were in town for Oceans Calling and our housing for the weekend changed last minute. Booking just one week from the event, this place was a great price and great location. Less than 2 miles from where we needed to be, near awesome restaurant and cafes. Comfortable bed. Clean bathrooms. Huge laundry room. And for the most part, Vacasa was prompt with responses when we had questions. One problem, we never received our parking passes and asked several times. It was spacious and clean! It has a beautiful view of the bay off the balcony and is a great location to walk to restaurants, the boardwalk, mini golf, and more!
