It's tastefully furnished, clean, cozy kitchen, and it directly overlooks the beach. The views are spectacular. We spent hours on the large, ocean-facing balcony (BTW, no concerns about safety for our 21-month old toddler - the owners thoughtfully put netting on the lower part of the patio railing). The condo building is very conveniently close to a large ACME grocery store, a beach apparel store, and some great restaurants. Check in happens right at the property, so it's quick and easy.
