This fantastic 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath Condo comfortably sleeps a couple or small family of 4, and is located in one of Ocean City’s most sought after buildings. With unrivaled Amenities, you will find everything you need to make cherished memories for years to come!   
  
The family-friendly Golden Sands Building is located in the heart of Ocean City, with Amenities that are nothing short of amazing! Featuring an Indoor Pool and Fitness Center on the 22nd floor, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, and Tiki Bar and Grill, often offering Live Entertainment, there is something for everyone in your family. Golden Sands is also home to one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open strictly for the enjoyment of Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided with your registration, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  
  
Golden Sands 408 offers everything needed for the ideal couple or small family getaway! With breathtaking floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Beach, and the beautiful Golden Sands Deck level, there’s no doubt that the stunning Views will be the perfect setting for your Family getaway! As you enter the Living Area, this thoughtfully updated Condo welcomes you in with Ocean Views that dreams are made of. The well-stocked Kitchen is perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast before hitting the Beach, or making dinner in. Slip out to the Private Balcony to enjoy sipping your morning coffee while the sun rises and the dolphin play in the surf, then end your day sipping on your favorite libation watching the moon and stars dance in the night surf!  
  
The Living Area is thoughtfully situated so that you can enjoy the Flat Screen TV, Free WiFi, and the Views, right from the comfortable Sofa - which is also a Queen Sleeper! Warm and inviting, it's the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of fun in the sun.   
  
The Bedroom is located just off the entry hall, the ideal space for quiet and privacy when you just need a little R&R. Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $75 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned (assigned June-August) parking space. Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.

Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.
