This property was completely renovated for your enjoyment and features a large 12-foot sliding door out to the balcony. This property has a beautiful new kitchen equipped with stunning new quartz countertops, new cabinets, and all new appliances. The bedrooms and baths have been updated, and the home includes three new flatscreen cable TVs, high-speed WiFi, and all new furniture in the living room and dining area! It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
