Location was awesome. The sofa and loveseat were old and uncomfortable. Recliners were great. Bathrooms have been renovated since the pictures were taken and were good. Shower in main bath kept sliding open, quick fix with a towel and it was fine. Parking was good for us with a small car but ceiling was very low and space was tight. So close to the beach! We brought our 2 year old and for the most part the condo was well suited. However, the balcony doors did not lock which was bothersome. The unit was otherwise well equipped. The kitchen pots/pans were old and well used but worked fine. I believe one of the larger burners did not work on the stove but it wasnt necessary. The unit also was somewhat dated with stained carpets but was mostly clean apart from some stray trash under the beds. We normally wouldnt have noticed if it wasnt for our 2 year old! The couch was super comfy and the balcony was great! It was a pretty clear view of the beach and we enjoyed sitting out there quite a bit! The guys yelling at each other cussing each other out. The noise and smell was horrible. I texted everyday of my stay to complain. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony at all everyday all day bc of the noise and smell. It’s not a good place to stay. It ruined our vacation. If I could give 0 stars I would. The beds in livign room couches are terrible. The beds in the one room are terrible like your sleeping on springs no cohabiting at all. Having to remember a code for the door knowing I’d your phone goes dead then how to get in. Al around a horrible places to stay. We spent 4 nights Monday through Friday and it was a delightful vacation. It was my first visit to Ocean City MD. We enjoyed great seafood and ice cream and of course the board walks. We really appreciated the reserved parking spot on the first floor of the apartment building (in the shade). The beach access was very convenient. The apartment was spacious, well appointed and had every convenience we could have needed. We had a couple appliance issues, which Vacasa immediately corrected.
