Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. The room was clean on the surface but there was dust on the coffee table, hair on the bathroom drawers and crumbs in the kitchen drawers. Also no beach towels or beach chairs. WiFi did not work. The carpeting was disgusting, and the mattress and bedframe were in terrible condition. The whole place was grimy and clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. It also looked nothing like the listing photos, which is incredibly misleading. The unit is advertised as being able to accommodate a large group, but that’s completely inaccurate — it was far too small and cramped. To make things worse, we didn’t even have the pool code and it took days for the host to get back to us with it. Communication was slow and unhelpful throughout our stay. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Worst check in process I’ve ever had. After arriving to a keyed door no lock box. I had to travel another 20 minutes to get key from Vacasa store that was closed. Keys were in drop box, no code ever given. Had to call twice to find out where to go for keys and then to get drop box code. Meanwhile I had my wife and 3 year old standing outside. ##### Todd M. Not super updated but also not terribly outdated. The bedroom was great with the bunk beds as I have two children. Unfortunately the bunk beds squeak so my daughter ended up sleeping with me. I highly recommend bringing a fire stick or iPad for TV. The tv in the unit had little to no channels for my children to watch tv and even though it is a smart tv you cannot log into your accounts. Definitely not a deal breaker but I wish I knew ahead of time. Balcony was spacious and very clean also. The sliding glass door is difficult for children to open on their own and needed assistance. I think this unit was great for what we needed and the price was great. I highly recommend staying here just with a few tweaks it could be better. ##### Dezaray C.
