It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed. Security camera details: The camera shows the porch stairs and entrances to porch areas. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It was the perfect place to spend our parents' 50th anniversary trip. Location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. House is adorably decorated with beach theme that adds to the experience. Porches are spacious and lovely spots for morning coffee and evening relaxing. We wanted to have our extended family vacation with us and this property was perfect ! We all had our own space and enjoyed quality time together ! We especially loved sitting out on the front porches. Only a block from the boardwalk and beach we were able to come and go and hardly used our car . It was super clean and a great neighborhood !
