The natural lighting and open floor plan of this beach retreat are ideal. The living room Smart TV includes cable (HBO and Showtime), Roku guest login, and DVD player. Comfortable seating is provided with a sofa, loveseat and reclining chair. Enjoy a meal cooked in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen from the dining area with a fantastic view of the ocean. The primary bedroom offers a private en-suite bathroom with tub, king-sized bed, twin bed, walk-in closet, and guest login Roku TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, twin bed, and TV with Roku Stick with guest login. An additional bathroom with shower is in the main hallway. A washer and dryer are also in the unit for your convenience. The coastal feel of the décor and colors in this condo invite relaxation and tranquility for both work and play. Guests must register at the building front desk upon arrival. A $75.00 CASH ONLY nonrefundable registration fee is paid at check-in. This weekly fee allows for an access code to the building, access to open building amenities, and a parking pass for a single spot. All parking requires a parking permit issued by the Capri office. Additional parking is available for $10 per day ($40 per week) at the OC Municipal Parking lot which is a short distance from the unit at 100th street. FIREWORKS Enjoy fireworks displays from the balcony facing Northside Park during OC's "Sundaes in the Park" events, which are held throughout the summer on Sunday evenings beginning mid June. Additional, longer fireworks displays, can be seen on the 4th of July and New Year's Eve. This is the second year in a row we have stayed here it is clean modern and this year they even left welcome gifts of an embroidered beach, towel and water cup. The condo has all of the amenities, is family friendly. And quite frankly, I think the nicest room in the hotel. I would recommend this over and over to anyone looking for a place at Ocean City and we will definitely be booking again for next year. ##### Meghan B. We always prepare our own food for the majority of our meals during our week at the beach, and this kitchen had everything we needed as far as appliances and kitchen gadgets. The linen delivery worked great wonderful having washer and dryer in unit although because they are smaller it does take a little bit longer to run loads than a full size unit that you might have at your home. I still of course give this property five stars because you should expect smaller appliances in an apartment unit compared to a single-family home. But , location is amazing, direct view of Sunday night fireworks at Northside Park from the porch, while also seeing the ocean. Even though we had several rainy days, the indoor pool, sauna, game room amenities helped keep us busy as well as close proximity to the library and so many Entertainment destinations. Very clean property instructions were printed on laminated pages throughout the property, making it very easy to figure things out for myself while we stayed there. When I did need to reach out to the property manager, I got a quick and effective response we would definitely return to this property . ##### Ariana M. We both enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. The unit looked just like the photo's on the website. Nice and clean unit with comfortable furniture. Unit has a side view of the ocean, which was ok with us. Only concern we had was the 2nd bedroom was very, very tight. BR had queen bed and twin bed and limited closet and storage space. If the twin bed was taken out, room would have been a perfect size for two people. Other we were very happy with the unit and would consider renting again. ##### Lorraine K. Very nicely decorated and nice touch to have box of game room pieces to bring down to use. Clean place, fully stocked with kitchen items. We enjoyed the balcony views which included sunrise and sunset views. Fireworks were amazing from the balcony. Capri is very nice: perfect location, close to the beach, indoor pool, a toy library, sauna, book library. We did not know that we needed to bring a lock for the lockers as it was not stated so we were unable to use the lockers outside. Bring your own lock. Also we did not have any linens or towels when we arrived and had to make our own beds. We had no Issues We had a slight glitch with the access code when we arrived but after calling they straightened it out.
