Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Welcome to 25 Beach Walk, a large and newly updated, five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom, end townhome in beautiful Sunset Island. This property has nice views of the bay and sits mere steps from the clubhouse, pools, private beach, and fishing pier. You cannot beat this location! There are many custom upgrades throughout the home such as a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, upscale appliances (including a new cooktop and a stainless steel convection wall oven), and an adjoining bonus sunroom that's ideal for either entertaining or relaxing. The property was recently upgraded with new carpeting, a new HVAC system, and new furniture in the main bedroom as well. Step outside onto the furnished front porches to find a peaceful spot to enjoy bay breezes and lovely views at sunset. Get a great night's sleep with comfortable accommodations for 12 (and no one having to sleep on a sofabed!). Free WiFi is provided, as are a two-car garage, a parking pad (for a total of three cars), and an outdoor shower to enjoy after a long day at the beach. Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location that's central to all this resort town has to offer. This private, 37-acre island sits only three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. Facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more - all just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk and world-class golf. Things to Know A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100\. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150\. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200 Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles. Dock details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Its layout was accomodating the need to be together for dinner and group meals but with separate seating areas it allowed for separation for watching TV or hanging in smaller groups. The proximity to the pool, clubhouse and bay were convenient. The flexibility of both indoor and outdoor pools was helpful. Overall a great property with an updated look and nice amenities. The house is conveniently located next to the pool, beach and clubhouse. The interior decor and furniture are extremely comfortable and we feel like its our home away from home. The bikes were a great feature. Our teens enjoyed biking around town with their cousin and exploring a bit. There was plenty of room for two families. We previously stayed at this home and were pleasently surprised by the top to bottom facelift with fresh paint, new furniture and appliances. One item that is unchanged from our prior visit is our evening happy hour on the upper front porch with water view.
