- Beautifully appointed, first floor, end unit. Located close to downtown, bus lines, many restaurants, miniature golf, Jolly Roger amusement park, and the beach. Take a dip in the community pool just steps away from your door. Many recent updates, including granite countertops and tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Stand up, tiled shower with rainfall shower head feature. Updated appliances in the kitchen include, side by side refrigerator with in-door water and ice, ceramic top range, dishwasher and built in microwave. Bring your bathing suit, beach towel and flip flops!
This condo is easily accessible. with one assigned parking space and plenty of off street parking. There are only 8 units in the building, so it is very quiet. With an expanded deck not found in other condos, this one has room for dining, grilling and sitting on comfy couches. Start making your Ocean City memories!
