If you prefer to not walk or drive the OC bus is a great way of transportation. Running up and down the Ocean City coastline, this is a convenient way of exploring all that Ocean City has to offer. Other Things to Note: A valid government-issued photo ID is required to verify identity, confirm age, and finalize your booking. Access to the property will not be granted until verification is completed. A rental agreement must be signed prior to your stay. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for incidentals, damages, or policy violations. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. Unauthorized guests or parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10PM-9AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in fines or immediate removal from the property without refund. This home is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only. These devices do not record conversations or audio. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Guests are responsible for complying with all local laws, HOA rules, and community guidelines. Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless otherwise approved.
