  • With occupancy for 6, this bright and beachy 3rd floor condo will meet all of your needs. Walk into the living area and the soft salmon color on the walls gives you the feeling of the inside of a conch shell. A queen pull out sofa, and love seat allows plenty of seating for all!! Living room opens up into a spacious full sized, fully stocked kitchen. A small hallway holds the beautifully clean and spacious bath! Continue thru the hallway to the large bedroom that holds 2 double beds. The soothing light blue color on the walls, make this room the perfect retreat to relax, at the end your day!

    On the corner of St louis and 5th, in Ocean City, Md, you can't beat this location! 2.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk! Convenient to the inlet which hosts festivals such as Sunfest, Springfest and concerts such as Ocean's Calling and County's Calling!

    Don't feel like a beach day- relax at the private outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day). Or spend the day at the bayside fishing pier is only one block south.

    Kids - bring your skate boards - the park is right across the street!! There are also 2 brand new children's play areas just 2 blocks away!

    Walking distance to the best eating establishments in O.C., or take the bus to any destination! Bus stop at the corner 2 blocks down.

    Take an easy stroll along the bay to the de Lazy Lizard. Grab an adirondack, a cocktail, and watch the perfect sunset.

Great Property!! Great Location!! Great Host!!

This was our 1st time booking with John & Aimee and it did not disappoint. It was perfect for our family of 4 little getaway. The property was well maintained, clean, and it’s location was fantastic! Minutes walk away from the Bay, Beach, and Boardwalk. There was a wonderful playground a block away that the kids loved. The pricing was fair and booking was a breeze. John and Aimee were super responsive with any questions we may have had. Definitely will be looking to book with them in the future.

Great location

We were here for the music festival on the boardwalk and at first I thought I might have made a mistake and it was going to be too far away but that was not the case. We were an easy walk compared to all the people who had to walk miles to the high rises up the road. We didn't have to worry about getting a bus or uber like others struggled with. Easy walk to that boardwalk area and getting back and forth when needed. The property was close to a convenience store as well for our last minute needs. It's an older property but was clean and had everything we needed. Ideal for what we were here for!!

Great location.

My family and I stayed here for three nights. Overall, we had a great time. The location of the condo is perfect for close proximity to the beach and some main attractions on the boardwalk. Our biggest issue with the condo is cleanliness and it’s need for some maintenance that I would consider routine. We swept and vacuumed the entire condo on our first day due to the amount of dirt on the floors. We also had to clean the AC filters to try and get some more cold air out of them. The filters were filthy, so that helped. Not enough to put a damper on our weekend, but definitely not things a renter should have to worry about.

What a gem! Property is an end unit on the third floor, so no foot traffic outside your door. Safe, quiet, and off the main streets yet still close enough to walk everywhere. Clean and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We cooked and ate a lot of meals here with no issue. There were instructions not to use the pull-out couch, but fold-up cots were provided instead. My 10-year-old son slept like a baby on the cot mattress, which was extremely comfortable! Easy check-in and out, quick communication by hosts...10/10 recommend for a beachy stay!

Very nice and clean condo that had everything we needed. Close enough to enjoy the beach and boardwalk but still allowed us to get away from the noise and crowds. The host was quick to respond and gave detailed instructions on everything we needed to know.
