Desirable 2 Bedroom Royal Hawaiian in North OC

Royal Hawaiian 116 is a lovely two bedroom, two bath condo located on the ocean block in North Ocean City. This tastefully decorated vacation rental in beachy hues features all of the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with ample seating, and cozy bedrooms. The spacious north facing balcony gives you a bit of a view of the ocean while you relax with your coffee in the morning or something a little stronger in the evening. Book this property and enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, elevator for easy access, outside shower to wash away the sand after a fun day at the beach, and two dedicated parking spots. This unit is located on the first floor very close to the indoor pool. Please note** IPlease note** The hot tub is and will be closed until repairs are completed. The indoor pool will shut down 10/26 for repairs. The Hawaiian Village complex is ideally located near popular restaurants, mini golf and Fenwick Island attractions. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season. Accommodating up to seven guests, the primary bedroom has a queen and a twin and the 2nd bedroom offers two double beds. (Please note, fitness room is for owner only use)
Guest must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. For your added convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/vaping. Smoking On Balconies And In Common Areas Is Prohibited By The Building. Smoking Allowed In Parking Lot Only
No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Great place to stay. We love everything about the property. The layout of the unit is perfect for our family. The only thing I would love to see improved is the washer/dryer is the smallest stackable I have ever seen. For the number of people who can stay there it needs to be larger.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and furnishings in our condo. While it's expensive to stay in O.C., I felt the rent was very reasonable and especially after seeing the condo, I felt fairly treated. I especially liked how light switches were labeled as to what each switch operated. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were nice sized. Everyone had their space. My only concern was the low pressure while running water - but that was a minor concern. I would stay here again and indicated in my return packet.

Fall OC weekend

Our family had a very good time, and this condo worked very well for us. We were a big group and it was room for everyone. It has everything you need to cook and stuff. It is in a good location right next to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely consider going back.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this beach stay. The location was great and the condo was well cared for and beautiful. The amenities were awesome. The only con was the washer was way too small for the number of guests the condo can accommodate. Otherwise this is a great place.
