  • This darling 2 br / 2 ba condo is airy and bright, thanks to being an end unit with an extra side window. Located in North OC, it is so close to great attractions, restaurants, shopping and movie theatre. The condo itself is spotless and pristine - definitely shows pride of ownership. It's also reasonably priced, making this the perfect choice for your vacation. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, 3 Smart TV's, Basic cable, Free Wifi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Don't forget about the good sized balcony - great place to congregate after a day at the beach! The occupancy is for 6, the condo and the building is non smoking, ( �Smoking is not permitted on balconies, the front stairs and landings of Sea Winds buildings, including the ground level landings and handicapped ramps.), and all animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
