PLAZA 1705 9800 Coastal Hwy. Saturday to Saturday. NON-SMOKING - NO PETS Top floor, newly decorated, updated direct oceanfront, 2 bedroom , 2 bath condo is a favorite vacationer's dream! Top floor, amazing view from the ocean front balcony with access from the living room and your master bedroom with room darkening curtains. Perfect for enjoying the sunrise with your first cup of coffee or watching the stars emerge in the evening while enjoying a cool beverage with the family. This lovely condo has an updated, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, inviting living room, with large flat screen television for family moving night and beautiful decor with painted murals. The new owners have furnished the condo with new living room furniture, new bar stools, new coffee table, new dishwasher! NEW French Doors installed in washer/dryer entry; reduces noise and super easy to open & close. The master bedroom has all new furniture as of 2022. The bathrooms have been updated, safety grab bars added and there is a built in seat in the master bathroom walk in shower. You will enjoy cool central air, three TVs and three DVD players. There is a stack washer and dryer in the condo. Maximum occupancy 8. BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: Two Double Beds DEN: Queen Sleep Sofa.

The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.
