- The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Our stay at Sea Watch checked all the boxes for our holiday weekend family get away. The view from our balcony offered stunning sunrises to start our day. The room and amenities (pool, game room, etc) were clean and well apportioned for our needs. The security staff were very friendly and helpful.
