It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. The refrigerator did not work and we lost a lot of our groceries ( the point of having the condo vs. hotel) because they weren’t kept cold enough. We were only given one bottle of hand soap (less than half filled) for the kitchen and two bathrooms. No linens for sofa bed. Broken baseboard tiles, broken chair, and broken shower tile did not make us feel like we were at home. Only three coffee mugs but a bajillion knives? Looks like a painted over piece of chewed gum behind one of the beds. A woman in the hall asked if our place was clean, so maybe we got the better end of the spectrum.
