Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' The Century I units, located in Ocean City, Maryland, are unique split-level vacation townhouses, most offering a spectacular view of both the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay. Central air conditioning, all appliances, bayside and oceanfront balconies. High speed lobby elevators and separate beach elevator. Most units offer free HBO and Showtime. Two bedroom, two bath vacation rental units available. Non-refundable building registration fee required. Things to Know A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31\. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out. The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October. The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 7. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The kitchen is well stocked. The place is 2 levels which gets awhile to get used to. The beds could use new pillows, although the beds themselves were comfortable. The living room sofa and chairs are very worn. The place could use a refresh. The location was fine too. It was our first time to OCM and the first 5 days of our trip were during Ian’s remnants and a nor’easter so we really relied on that view to keep us sane lol. The place is fine overall. Sure it’s a little dated and not the prettiest place we’ve stayed but I mean for the price it’s probably fair. It wasn’t super clean in the kitchen, like there were a lot of sticky and dusty things which kind of gives you an icky feeling but it’s probably the age of the liners and things and of course a lot of humidity. The master bed was comfortable, the water pressure is great for showers and the cleanliness in general was fine so all in all I’d say it’s all worth it for the view, especially in the off season! ##### Christie S. That was not the case, however. We had to take the majority of our belongings down the stairs then back up when we left. Just seemed like an odd layout. The beds were not very comfortable and some of the building (and this unit) could use some upgrades. I use a CPAP and had to unplug the lamp in order to use it and the cord was covered in some kind of sticky substance. It was disgusting. WIFI was difficult to connect to but eventually worked and no further problems. Probably will not stay here again. ##### James S. We arrived and loved it. We received fresh linen and extra linen. A few lightbulbs needed replaced. Some furniture could use updating but it was a cozy stay. Everything worked how it should have.
