This condo offers a larger floor plan with three bedrooms and two full-bathrooms. The living area features the living room with a large flat-screen TV, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances. There is a large, private balcony off of the living room and master bedroom that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and television. The third bedroom features two double beds and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the building. This condo has been completely renovated and is in excellent condition. Its end-unit location lets in a lot of nice, natural light for an open feel. Close to everything. Clean, bright and spacious. Beach access was not fully handicapped accessible (aged stairs) but manageable. Small issue with the fridge/freezer holding temperature and parts of the vinyl floor throughout the apartment could be a tripping hazard due to it popping up at many joints.
