Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Close to OC Convention Center. Units offer kitchen, central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Building includes exercise room, billiards room and indoor pool. Elevator. No pets, please. The highlights of the Makai are lovely indoor pool, nicely equipped fitness room, billiard room with several pool tables and lots of open space for entertaining or simply relaxing out of your condo. All the amenities of a hotel but with the convenience of a condo, conveniently situated between the ocean and the bay, with spectacular views of the sunset from the open deck on the east side of the building. It is a short distance to the OC Convention Center, awesome places to eat and/or to sip on a beer or cocktail. Enjoy! NO SMOKING. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. It’s a very convenient location and includes nice amenities such as the pool and billiards area. Room 108 was very nice, and made for a nice stay. Very clean and bright. There were a few items to correct with the room for future guests: 1) Major issue: many blinds were missing on the windows—perhaps some family with small kids rippled them down? At night this allows passers by to see in the windows. 2) minor issue: living room overhead light is very dim 3) no trash bin. Thanks again for the fun weekend! Joe ##### Joseph D. Overall, the listing was accurate. It was very convenient to have clean bedding, considering several other units at Makai don’t offer that. The unit was equipped with dish, laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner. We were provided with enough towels. Some things to consider: you can’t open the door from the inside unless you have a key. That could pose a safety hazard in case of emergency. Locking the door from the outside is hard, and you need two free hands to do it. Switching to a digital key pad would be ideal. The tub had some mildew, and there was only one rusted chair on the balcony. The stools are light and not very kid-friendly. The master bedroom should have room-darkening curtains as it gets pretty bright when the sun comes out. Overall, we had a good stay and would stay with Vacasa in this unit again. ##### Colombiana M. The building and condo were very clean. Kitchen was appropriately stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. the master bedroom has a huge closet that was big enough to pack out luggage and bags out of the way.
