Just a short distance to the beach and features an ocean front pool. Nearby shops and restaurants include Hooked and Fractured Prune and the shops at the 94th St Shopping center, which has a Candy Kitchen, Lombardi's Pizza, and Liquid Assets and is next to the local Acme store.

Condo Amenities: Two air conditioning units, two Large Flat Screen TVs, one BlueRay player, free WIFI, cable TV and HBO, ceiling fans, stackable washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal and a dishwasher.
