My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 2-minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you want to do! The apartment is a large 3 bedroom apartment with a big living room, full kitchen, full equipment, 2 parking, wifi 2 bathrooms, and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans allowing our guests to save their hard-earned dollars eating in. The balcony comes with outdoor comfortable furniture. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV and two pull-out sofas. All three bedrooms have two double beds. Also, there are two full bathrooms. The office will be located in the same complex as the apartment units. There the guests will receive their keys and will make their payment for the stay. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashiers check, or cash at arrival. Extra guest is 20$ per night. Just so you know, apt 3 and 4 are on the second floor and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Cross street for this on 12th, so pretty close to action on the boardwalk. The owner took her through the property at check in and check out and was very nice and understanding with the kids. It’s was like having a mom watching out for them while they explore this new independence. There was plenty of room for everyone and the appliances worked great. They made dinner for themselves there every night. There was a balcony that they thoroughly enjoyed and there were plenty of neighbors to socialize with.
